Bhubaneswar is one of the most crowded and busiest city of Odisha. The opportunity to work cultivated by the market attracts ‘street and working children’ in large numbers. They earn their livelihood by picking rags, polishing shoes, selling petty goods, working as domestic servants, and sometimes by begging. Their life is heavily deprived of the basic necessities of childhood, such as, education, nutrition, recreation, etc. The project strives to achieve all-round development of these children through a centre called Swapna Ra Duniya. Children are trained in art and craft.
Total 36 children participated in Swapna Ra Dunia for reading & writing in English.
Total 57 children participated in painting coaching class.
Total 3 children family supported and convinced to send their child to school.
